A complete, online course in the Theology, Spirituality, and Pastoral Practice of the Message and Devotion to The Divine Mercy

As the video trailer to the course states: if you want to master a trade, or skill, or academic subject of some kind, first, you need to be sure that you have mastered the essentials: the core facts and principals on which the whole skill or trade depends.

In a way, it’s the same with being a disciple of The Divine Mercy. The message, devotion, and spirituality of The Divine Mercy center upon some essentials truths revealed by God to His Church, and expressed in the world in a fresh new way in the life and writings of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska, the great apostle of Divine Mercy in our time.

The Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception are, therefore, pleased to offer this new online course, designed especially for those who are dedicated to deeper study of this subject, and dedicated to becoming more effective disciples of The Divine Mercy: DIVINE MERCY ESSENTIALS.

What Topics does the Course Cover?

The course consists of 30 pre-recorded classes, averaging about 45 minutes in length each. Classes cover every major aspect of the theology of the message and devotion, and the pastoral and liturgical issues that arise from the practice of it. There are even classes on the struggles that people often face today in living out the message, and in growing in their relationship of love and trust with our merciful Savior.

Most of the course is taught by Dr. Robert Stackpole, Director of the John Paul II Institute of Divine Mercy, but there are also special talks included by Fr. Donald Calloway, MIC, on the Blessed Virgin Mary and Divine Mercy, and Fr. Seraphim Michalenko, MIC, former vice-Postulator of the cause for the canonization of Sister Faustina, on the importance of Divine Mercy for our time.
